Scope and service
RyftHost intends to provide allocated computing resources for game-server hosting, subject to plan specifications and acceptable use.
The final terms must define service availability, maintenance, resource limits, cancellation, and service suspension processes.
Billing and renewals
The final terms must define order acceptance, payment timing, recurring subscriptions, renewal notices, taxes, and non-payment handling.
Customer responsibilities
Customers will be responsible for lawful use, account security, data backups where applicable, and game-server content. Exact provisions require review.
Legal review required
Before sales begin, confirm the contracting entity, its address and registration data, governing law, EU consumer protections, liability clauses and any mandatory disclosures with qualified counsel.
