Cancellation
Customers should be able to request cancellation of recurring services from their billing account. The exact effective date and invoicing consequences must be disclosed before launch.
Refunds and consumer rights
The final policy must explain any applicable statutory withdrawal rights, service-performance exceptions, how refunds are requested, and response times. No blanket non-refundability claim is made here.
