A working outline only. Final GDPR disclosures, legal bases, retention periods and subprocessors must be verified before launch.
Information potentially processed
Customer registration, contact details, order history, payment status, support tickets, IP addresses and game-service metadata may be processed in order to operate the service.
Payment processing
Stripe is the planned payment processor. RyftHost should not collect raw card numbers. Stripe processing and possible international transfers must be disclosed accurately in the final policy.
Infrastructure and storage
Initial hosting infrastructure is based on OVHcloud. Confirm actual server regions, data flows, backups, subprocessors and retention periods before publication.
Data subject rights
The final policy must describe access, rectification, deletion, objection and complaint procedures, with an active privacy contact address.
